Square Feet Realty has operated on referral and relationship for two and a half decades, not marketing. This is the first time that work is being made visible.
Square Feet Realty has spent 25 years buying, selling, and renting property across Kalyan, Thane, and Bhiwandi. It built its name the old way: one closed deal leading to the next referral, not a single ad ever run.
About 70 to 75% of that work is commercial: shops, offices, and warehouses. The rest is residential. That commercial focus is what's brought in corporate clients too, including helping brands secure leased space.
This website is new. The 25 years of deals behind it aren't.

A stated budget ceiling that gets exceeded anyway, or a "ready to move" request that ends in an under-construction purchase, means the honest job is showing options outside the client's comfort zone when that's actually where the fit is.
It's the actual expensive mistake. What you save upfront is small and known. A bad title or an unverified developer is an unknown, potentially massive cost.
A broker who disappears once the deal is signed has only done half the work, regardless of how fast that half took.
Not a value proposition. A broker racing to close and move to the next deal is, by definition, not doing the due diligence we consider non-negotiable.
